Client Copy from Production to Development

Hi,

I want to perform client copy from PRD system to Development system.

But our requirement is that is there is any way to refresh ONLY configurations in DEV from PRD and this should not copy the development objects.

I know that we can perform client copy using SAP_ALL profile, but it will copy all the changes in the  Production to Development. But we want to copy only configurations but not the development objects.

Can any one please suggest if there is any way to perform the same.
