Formula to show 8 digit results only

I need help creating a formula in Crystal Reports.

I created a report showing insurance Group Numbers.  Sometimes, these numbers contain letters as well as numbers.  They also can be various lengths.

I am trying to find:  All Insurance Group Numbers that are EXACTLY 8 characters long and include NUMBERS only (No letters).

Any help would be appreciated!
