When I try to pass confirmed position from WPF SAP Work Manager to SAP ERP I get Error

Translated as
LaborAddSteplet - Unit MIN language RU has not been created.
It happens when Windows Control -> language and regional standards -> Format set to - Russian.
I can transfer data only when Format set to - English (USA).
But it is not exceptable. All our coputers works in Russian format.
