Code Group Disable in Syclo Work Manager

Hello Experts,

                          We are working on SAP Work Manager 6.2 Application.In Add Item screen for Part and Damage Group value is available but it showing disable in application.It working fine in development but showing disable in quality.

                          How can we make this fields enable??
