AddOn Integration Failed with Error.

Hello, Experts

I have an Add-On that i developped , and when i try to install it.It gaves me the following error :

the moment that i add it, when i click on the button update it gives me the error, if i try to edit anything else other than the Add-On it also gives me the same error.

I am using SAP Business 9.2 PL03.
