Self Signed Certificate in SAP PI

Dear All,

Does anyone know how to create self signed certificate in SAP PI (NWA) with below key usage parameters? What is the process?

Certificate extensions      :

   [critical]

         KeyUsage: digitalSignature | keyEncipherment | dataEncipherment
