HTTP-XML Back-end Connections for Agentry Applications

Dear Team,

I am working on SMP 3.0 SP 10 , Service Manager 4.2 and with Windows based WPF client

We are facing performance issues is our environment.  We have set the Agentry time out in SAP management cockpit so as to maintain the connection alive between client and server

We connect the client to DMZ server using a virtual IP https://<Virtual IP>/Application Name

We are not using any XML based web service rather we use JCO to connect the Agentry to SAP backend.  Still If I want to improve the performance, If I set the time outs here also,

HTTP Connect Timeout

HTTP Receive Timeout

HTTP Resolve Timeout

HTTP Send Timeout

Will it make any difference in the performance improvement OR this section has no relevance for me.

Please advice
