We have come across a situation wherein due to mid-period rehiring of GB employees, the payroll is generating splits and FPS report is not considering the NIC values for 2nd split.
SAP has advised on modifying the standard Standard BADI for FPS report: HR_GB_RTI_BADI. However, we are not very keen on following this approach. Can you please share any alternative pointers to deal with such a situation?
