SAP RLM STO update, after PO Delivery Date change

How do you make the Stock Transport Order update the Delivery Date update after the Purchase Order Delivery Date has changed?

Is this a manual process? Or is there a program which can do this?

This is for Supply Process 1, 2 and 3.
