How to handle the 1000 times counter PM?

Hi PM Guru,

It is a real circumstance that we need a PM plan for Saw blade which is used on abnormal schedule.

WE need to replace the saw blade once it is used for 1000 times.

It is not used often or regularlly.

We can use a counter to record the usage times. Since there is no annual estimate, to ensure the right scheduling based on 1000 time Strategy, plus there is no need to schedule a maintenance call earlier as it is done internally, how to set up the maintenanance plan?
