Shift Time with Short leave and half day time

Hello Experts,

Please help me!!

Scenario:

1^st Shift Timing for Employee 06:30:00 to 16:25:00

1^st shift half day time is till 11:10

1^st shift short leave time is till 14:00:00

Staff category allow to short leave (2 hours before shift time) only two times in a month.

Please guide me how do I need to do configuration
