Custom icon on Fiori launchpad tiles

Hello All

   We would like to replace the icons on launchpad tiles with a custom icon, rather than using SAP provided icon. Came across a few forums which says CSS changes. Don't have any details on where & how to do these CSS changes.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
