The ASSERT condition was violated in ME22N

Hi,

I am facing the issue in purchase order change.

I have the purchase order with 5 line items. When I press the check button, purchase order shows release streatgey.

But, after checking when I save the purchase order, the system giving message as 'The ASSERT condition was violated.'

I have searched on scn and other site. But, it couldnt help much. I dont know why this error mesage is coming. Please help.
