VBAP - Append structure is PARTIALLY ACTIVE after modifying

Hi Experts,

I have added new fields in existing APPEND Structure  in VBAP, After adjusting SE14 VBAP is active but custom APPEND structure is PARTIALLY Active.

Please advice how to make APPEND structure to active ?
