Unable to fulfil request for 8004 bytes of memory

Hi All,

we are facing issue with Delta load for Datasource 2LIS_04_P_MATNR

When delta load is triggered the PSA is taking more time to load the data and is failing after fetching few of the records due to timeout error(Timeout time is 7 hours)

when transnational rfc is verified in the source system the message is shown as Unable to fulfill request for 8004 bytes of memory....

on BW side the table space is set for Auto Increase

Note: Datapacket size is not defined on R/3 side and on bw side size is defined as 20000 which is not considered by the system

Please provide your valuable suggestions, on how to solve this issue
