Hi all,
In Outbound campaign mode... (using SAP CRM 7.02 and Genesys + Gplus in between)
Is Progressive with Seizing supported by the Gplus Adapter 8.0? The only things I can find are related to "Predictive or Progressive" modes, but nowhere it talks about "Progressive with Seizing".
Please let me know if some documentation exists, I'd be interested to know about this specific topic.
